Here’s a story about giving hope to sellers who think they’re out of options.

Today we’re sharing a story about a seller who came to us feeling like they had no options. Before we tell this story, we wanted to thank you for all the wonderful feedback from our previous video about our team’s history. Thanks so much for the emails, text messages, and dm’s. We’re excited to bring you along through the journey of our new office’s grand opening in early 2022.

Now, back to our seller. He thought he had no options to sell after his mother had passed, the home had been neglected for the past decade, and he lived out of state. He was distraught and not sure what he could do, but we were able to go in and show him how many options he actually had. There were three different strategies he could utilize:

1. Listing traditionally. With an agent and a for sale sign in the year. It takes some extra prep, but it can be done.

2. Sell as is for cash. This would allow him to sell without that preparation and a quick close.

3. Sell on his own. There’s a lot of information out there that makes the process a little easier.

“It’s important to know that you always have options when selling.”

After giving him those options, we let him know that we would support home no matter what his choice was. He ended up taking the cash offer, and we closed on the sale in just over two weeks.
